The phenomenon of bullying in elementary schools is a serious problem that affects students' psychological, social, and academic development. Bullying often takes the form of verbal, physical, or social exclusion, and if not handled properly, it can reduce motivation to learn and cause long-term trauma. Based on this issue, this study aims to foster anti-bullying awareness from an early age through socialization activities at SDN Gemawang 02. This study used a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach by actively involving students and teachers in all stages of the activity, from observation, planning, implementation, to reflection. The results showed that interactive socialization combining lectures, discussions, ice breaking, and poster making was able to increase students' understanding of the definition, forms, causes, and effects of bullying. The analysis also showed that the participatory approach made it easier for students to internalize the values of empathy, mutual respect, and the courage to reject violence. Thus, it can be concluded that PAR-based anti-bullying socialization is effective in building a shared commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for student development.
