This study describes the implementation of Field Experience Practice (PPL) by STAI DI AL-HIKMAH students as a manifestation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education) in the development of Islamic education. PPL serves as a crucial vehicle for applying theory into practice, focusing on Tahfidz al-Qur'an, Tahsin al-Qur'an, and strengthening Qur'anic Morality Education. The main activities of PPL include the design and implementation of effective Al-Qur'an learning programs and the character building of students. Using a case study method with a qualitative approach (observation, interviews, and documentation), the results of PPL show that students have successfully integrated pedagogical and professional competencies. Students made significant contributions to improving the quality of Tahsin al-Qur'an through intensive training in tajwid rules and Tahfidz al-Qur'an through structured deposit methods. This program also succeeded in emphasizing Qur'anic Moral Education through mentoring activities that instilled Islamic manners such as honesty and discipline. Overall, this PPL proves that STAI DI AL-HIKMAH students have the readiness and competence to comprehensively develop Al-Qur'an-based Islamic education.
