Using a literature review method, the article identifies key problematic issues such as curriculum dualism, moral disorientation among the younger generation, and technological adaptation barriers within educational institutions. The analysis reveals that these challenges necessitate strategic responses in the form of integrating religious and general sciences within a monotheistic (tawhid) framework, transforming interactive digital pedagogy, and strengthening holistic educator competencies. The research findings emphasize that contemporary Islamic education must balance technological advancement with the preservation of akhlaqul karimah (noble character) values to produce a generation that is globally competitive yet retains a solid religious identity. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, this study determines the prospects, difficulties, and effective frameworks for fostering comprehensive understanding and enhancing Islamic character in learners. Deep machine learning presents significant potential in improving the understanding of Islamic teachings through technology-based methods, such as online portals, interactive programs, and project-based learning. These technologies facilitate learners to not only master Islamic concepts theoretically but also apply them in daily activities. However, the implementation of deep machine learning faces several obstacles, including limitations in technological facilities Teacher and learner readiness, and the challenges in maintaining a balance between utilizing the latest technology and preserving Islamic principles. To address these obstacles, this research proposes an integration framework that combines Islamic principles with technology, such as applications utilizing artificial intelligence and adaptive learning mechanisms. This framework is designed to create a comprehensive educational experience, emphasizing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions. Furthermore, this study presents strategic proposals to enhance teacher capabilities through intensive mentorship programs, reinforce public policies related to the digitalization of the education sector, and promote the creation of technological applications based on Islamic values. The results of this research are expected to encourage the implementation of deep learning in the Merdeka Curriculum, enrich Islamic Religious Education learning, and instill Islamic character in students relevant to the demands of the digital era. In fact, integrating neuroscience into education offers significant advantages, including enhanced comprehension, the internalization of values, and more effective character building. This article aims to develop a neuroscience-based PAI learning model that integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor processes to foster students' akhlak (moral character). The methodology employed is a literature study, analyzing neuroscience theories, learning theories, and the specific characteristics of Islamic Education. By applying principles of meaningful learning, positive emotional engagement, multisensory stimulation, reflection, and experience-oriented approaches, this study concludes that a neuroscience-based model for PAI is highly viable. IRE learning is not only required to adapt to technological advancements but also to play a strategic role in strengthening moral values, spirituality, and character development. This article aims to analyze the challenges of IRE learning in the Society 5.0 era and to formulate the direction and strategies for a humanistic and contextual transformation of IRE learning. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing relevant research findings and scientific journals. The results indicate that the transformation of IRE learning should focus on the ethical use of digital technology and artificial intelligence, the integration of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, and the reinforcement of the role of IRE teachers as facilitators and role models.
