This allows users to keep their identities confidential while freely expressing their activities, thoughts, and socializing with other pseudonymous account users. This partial anonymity creates a space for the homosexual community to emerge without facing pressures related to their identities. As a User-Generated Content (UGC) based social media platform, other users are potentially exposed to homosexual content that may influence their attitudes towards homosexuality. Based on the above description, the research problem formulated is whether exposure to homosexual content influences attitudes towards homosexuality among pseudonymous account users on platform X. The research method used is quantitative, employing simple regression analysis to examine the correlation, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that exposure to homosexual content has a strong influence on attitudes towards homosexuality among pseudonymous account users, with an influence percentage of 44%. Pseudonymous account users exposed to homosexual content tend to have increasingly positive attitudes towards homosexuality as the duration, frequency, and attention given to the content increase.
Aliifah Thohiroh, Ade Fadli Fachrul Copyright (c) 2026 https://jurnal.alhikmah.ac.id/index.php/globalcommunico/article/view/632 Thu, 21 May 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Strategi Komunikasi Guru dalam Menginternalisasikan Nilai-Nilai Islami Pada Kurikulum SMAIT Buah Hati https://jurnal.alhikmah.ac.id/index.php/globalcommunico/article/view/644
This study analyzes teachers' communication strategies in internalizing Islamic values within the curriculum at SMAIT Buah Hati and evaluates their effectiveness in shaping students' Islamic character. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, curriculum vice principal, Islamic education teacher, subject teachers, and students, supported by observation and documentation of school programs. The findings show that the communication strategy is implemented through Islamic value-based lesson planning, integration of Qur'anic verses and hadith in subject materials, persuasive and dialogical interaction, teacher role modeling, and habituation through school culture. Morning dhikr, congregational prayer, Qur'an memorization, mentoring, social service, and written media function as a hidden curriculum that strengthens value internalization. The strategy is effective in improving students' religiosity, discipline, courtesy, responsibility, and social care. Supporting factors include teacher competence, exemplary conduct, integrated curriculum, visionary leadership, parental involvement, and a religious environment, while obstacles include varied teacher competence, limited instructional time, diverse student spiritual backgrounds, and digital media influences.
Nadiah Fitriana , Ahmad Adnan Copyright (c) 2026 https://jurnal.alhikmah.ac.id/index.php/globalcommunico/article/view/644 Wed, 18 Feb 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Makna Rasa Syukur dalam Film “Cinta Tapi Diam” Produksi Film Maker Muslim Episode 5 https://jurnal.alhikmah.ac.id/index.php/globalcommunico/article/view/731
In such a modern era like now, many Muslims use social media as a means to preach, one of which is through film media, film is media communication which presents sound and images. much praise from the audience. Social media, particularly YouTube, has become a platform that not only facilitates the dissemination of Islamic teachings but also encourages users to express their views through interactive discussions in the comment section. One example is Podcast Escape Episode 21 featuring Felix Siauw and Onadio Leonardo, which received various responses reflecting different religious perspectives. This study aims to identify and describe the typology of netizens' religious thought expressed in the podcast's comment section. A descriptive qualitative approach with a post-positivist paradigm was employed. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and qualitative content analysis of selected comments related to issues of radicalism, liberalism, and religious moderation. The findings indicate three dominant typologies of religious thought, namely textual-conservative, rational-liberal, and moderate (wasathiyah-digital). These typologies illustrate that digital platforms have become spaces where different religious understandings are expressed, debated, and negotiated by the public. The study concludes that strengthening digital literacy and promoting religious moderation are important to encourage constructive interaction and reduce the potential for polarization in digital religious discourse.
Fathi Dafa Nazhari Achmad, Leoma Callista Fawwaz, Rabbiatul Adawiyah Copyright (c) 2026 https://jurnal.alhikmah.ac.id/index.php/globalcommunico/article/view/732 Thu, 30 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Integrasi Nilai Siri’ na Pacce dalam Pendidikan Islam Sebagai Penguatan Karakter Peserta Didik di Sulawesi Selatan https://jurnal.alhikmah.ac.id/index.php/globalcommunico/article/view/734
This study is motivated by the importance of strengthening students’ character through the integration of local cultural values in Islamic education. Using a critical literature review method, this study identifies two main aspects: institutional restrictions that affected educational activities and opportunities that emerged in the recruitment of teaching staff, curriculum development, and the role of organizations. The results indicate that despite being under strict supervision, Islamic institutions were able to adapt and innovate, thereby contributing to the formation of Islamic educational identity in the post-independence era. These developments remain crucial for understanding current challenges in Islamic education.
Nurul Auliyah HS, Qahar M, Idrus L Copyright (c) 2026 https://jurnal.alhikmah.ac.id/index.php/globalcommunico/article/view/735 Mon, 29 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000
