Abstract

This study aims to formulate the concept of education management based on the perspective of the Qur'an which is analyzed through the interpretation of scholars and hadiths of the Prophet. The method used is library research or library research with data or information processing using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings of the research are that the main educator in the perspective of the Qur'an is the father, then the mother, and after that the teacher. While the requirements of an educator should be a believer, always depend and pray to Allah, knowledgeable and practice his knowledge. The Qur'anic guidance related to education management includes choosing the right teacher, not underestimating any mistakes, using dialogue and interactive communication methods, adab students towards teachers, prioritizing easy material before more difficult ones, and teachers should understand the differences in the characters of students.
