Dirasat: Journal of Islamic Studies provides immediate open access to all of its published content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published in this journal are accessible online without any subscription fees or access charges, allowing readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.
